My experience spans enterprise SaaS, commerce platforms, CRM/CDP/MA, AI agents, content generation, live commerce, API compute platforms, payment infrastructure, and creator economy products. Earlier work at IBM, JD, Fenxiang, and WakeData gave me enterprise product, transaction system, large-customer delivery, and team leadership experience. Recent work focuses on AI products for merchants, creators, enterprises, and founders.
